@FordIndia have given my car for service to kings ford in goa yesterday morning . Have not got any update on when I’m receiving my car back and no one is answering the calls . The service person is ignoring my calls and so are all the main service numbers .Terribly disappointing
This is unbelievable level of callousness and should not be the norm, if we are trying to promote the Biennale as an event to attract tourism to the state. And now ai can see that they are deleting posts and comments on instagram of annoyed patrons.
Does @KochiBiennale not take any responsibility for itself? It drives a major chunk of domestic patrons and tourists to Fort Kochi, who booked flights & hotels and are finding out about this after they're already in the city? @CMOKerala@KeralaTourism@pinarayivijayan
Looks like the #KochiBiennale is being handled by some unprofessional amateurs this time. They announce on an instagram story that the main venues will be "opening" 10 days later than the original date, and they do this JUST ONE DAY before the original opening!
Daughter arrived in Kochi with a work group of overseas artists for the #KochiBiennale and then this happens now and so last minute! Shouldn’t contingencies be built into planning of any event particularly one of such scale? Reflects poorly on our abilities
@KochiBiennale seems to be deleting the tweets by all who have been expressing their frustration and anger on this last minute postponement . So highly disappointing and uncool on their part. Wasted trip and time to say the very least . #KochiBiennale#kochibiennale2022
@KochiBiennale just arrived this morning for the opening to find out it’s been postponed. Wouldn’t you have seen this delay coming a while ago ? How fair is this to people who have flown down for this.

@FordIndia@FordIndiaHelp@Ford ever since I have taken possession of my Ford eco sport , it has gone back to the workshop for some issue or the other. 5 times to be precise in the first year of ownership of a brand new car. Feel terribly cheated.
