@KSRTC_Journeys @dastageersaknjs This happened to me as well,i just the said conductor im ready to wait for another 1 hour during the travel.He did wait for 20 mins more & it worked &he said its network issue.

In ur case you are having double ticket now & traveled with invisible person :( &you won't get refund
