If true, the India growth story may be bigger than we think.

*Unlike IWT there is no treaty to breach

*China has already weaponized everything that it can so it is not waiting for a precedence as such

*Tibet brings only 30% of the water via Yarlung Tsangpo. Rest is monsoon in India.

*China has already dammed the river so incrementally there may not be as much of a downside for India
