Zoe lost her fight against #COVID19.
She was a casualty of systemic racism, of a healthcare system the does not believe women & of the callous lack of leadership from this nation's highest office.

Today, my friend & @Wellesley sister Rana Zoe Mungin should be turning 31. But she is forever 30. She died in April from #COVID19.
Her life is being celebrated today by those who love her. My thoughts today are with her family.
Zoe was my rock. She was a fiercely supportive friend. The sound of her laughter is imprinted on my brain. I hope I never forget it.
She was a dedicated teacher; she loved her students.
She was a brilliant writer, able to write so vividly you felt, heard & saw the scenes.

Just spoke to Prime Minister @NarendraModi where I congratulated him on his big political victory. He is a great man and leader for the people of India - they are lucky to have him!
I wish media outlets chose to highlight the fact that the President attacked @SpeakerPelosi for doing her job well rather than repeating his #sexist comments in their headlines.
This is @senatemajldr abdicating his responsibility to the American people. He is reminding everyone he does not think he works #ForThePeople. #electionsmatter
One day after @SecretaryCarson told me he isn't anticipating any changes to protections for LGBTQ people in shelters, HUD announced a proposal to gut that very rule.
He either lied to Congress or has no idea what policies his agency is pursuing. Either way, it’s unacceptable.
