@Chelsea62489229 I really agree with breaking down tasks into tinier tasks. It just helps us digest the content better and help us grow, like babies with food! I feel meditation has really helped me reach a state of mind where I can do so, maybe something for you to try out? #HKR1000
Healthy habits learnt such as a balanced diet and sleeping on time I found helpful . I found myself in bad moods in the later hours of night, and in a good mood when I was being productive during the day. My tip: morning meditation for a fresh start to your day. #HKR1000
@candaceframp Certainly a concerning statistic. I myself abstain from fizzy beverages and have been moderately successful yet. A few articles that i felt certainly complemented your topic. #HKR1000

Class seems well informed on wellness, although an unusually low consensus for activities to do with being part of groups. Another statistic of low consensus with religious faith and yoga/mediation, seemingly not everyone views these activities the same way. #HKR1000
@Mallory09011582 I agree with your observation. I would personally say that our sense of wellness/health would definitely increase if we participated in these activities. I infer that people have a one or the other stance when it comes to science and religion, why not both I argue. #HKR1000
