An infant onboard has 101°F fever. We risk missing our connecting train to Mumbai (PNR 8231869420)

@drmjabalpur @PunctualityJBP @RailwaySeva TTE met us onboard and askd us 2 file a complaint via 139, which we did. Later got a call from [phone] saying it’s a duplicate & will be cancelled. We objected, but he rudely said “Madad chahiye ki nahi?”
Also, question us for posting on X?
