Child X, who is Black & was 13 at the time, was apprehended by armed police officers who knocked him off his bicycle by driving into him, pointed weapons at him & then arrested him in handcuffs.
In another case, the Met apologised and admitted liability for violating his Article 10 rights after David was detained during the 2010 election for displaying a poster on his front window with the word “Wanker” across David Cameron's face.
