On top of that after two weeks of investigation what @VenetianVegas has to say is it was your fault no refund/reimbursement. I would say WOW service at 5 star @VenetianVegas. @TicketsAtWork @TripAdvisor @Google @Yelp we trust your reviews and book our hotels #neverStayAtVenetian

Hands down the worst place to stay in Vegas. Never happened anything like this with me and have stayed at many hotels. @Google @TripAdvisor @TicketsAtWork says @VenetianVegas is 5 star. At 5 start hotel people should not be able get to your suite and steal personal belongings.

@VenetianVegas One of the most unpleasant experience at @VenetianVegas. We discovered, our personal items were missing when we stepped into our room. From Camera to Laptop, everything was missing. Worst experience me and my husband ever had.
