@drpraneetajain Recently a young man came howling to clinic complaining his dad's ecg was misdiagnosed by me. Repeatedly asking who said so a cardiologist or something happened to his dad he said no. He said chat gpt said. Didn't know should I laugh or cry at his foolishness

@MhaskarChief I had a 34 yr old male with chest pain retrosrernal with radiation to jaw but ecg normal. But yet asked him to get admitted for observation. He refused saying this is doctor hospital nexus. I didn't say a word. Within 12hrs he collapsed at home and was declared death.

@nileshnolkha @ThatsAarthi My patient with RA was on homeopathy for 10 yrs had remission but is now having severe osteoporosis and bilat AVN of femoral head. She is completely crippled on bed. You know what that homeopathy medicine had.

@DrNikhilMD On giving B12 parentally there is surgery in erythropoisis leading to shift of K PO 4 and Mg into cell which can cause hypokalemia which can be fatal specially in severe megaloblastic anemia.

@nileshnolkha Indian women pride themselves about their low Hb sad but true. A doctor friend with 7 Hb was so proud that inspite of low Hb she could work in hectic schedule of residency. 🤦

@DrAmbrishMithal When I did scope obesity course in 2021-22 my own colleagues laughed at me but I always believed obesity is a disease and needs medical treatment not only exercise and diet. Before glps I use to always remove time and talk to patient about obesity and also bariatric.

@DoctorShiva007 @KamathGurudutt And at times if ecg is normal but you know it's abnormal somewhere then u ask them to be in hospital for 24 hr observation,u will be labelled as money making doctor and if he goes home and dies then u are bad with ur knowledge. Irony of we doctors
