Jeff Bezos wants AI to approve Miami building permits in 10 seconds:
“Miami should have an AI application that reads your building permit and it should give you a yes or a no in 10 seconds. Why does it take months and months and months to get a building permit? It doesn’t make any sense.”
Billy, this is a syndication.
We go find people to give us their money. Once we take their money we get to pocket like 5% of it for ourselves. We buy an apartment building and like 5,000 gallons of grey and white paint from Lowe’s. We paint the cabinets white and everything else grey. Then we can double the rents. We wait 4 to 5 years and then we sell and get to keep like 30% of the profit. It’s easy money. Real estate values always go up. Does that make sense?

“We are revising our home price forecasts higher, to +1.8% for full-year 2023 vs. -2.2% prior, and +3.5% in 2024 vs. +2.8% prior”
