We often, & quite rightly, focus on areas where we can do better for our patients & how we make improvements. However, this focus can distract from the improvements made by good facilitation & use of clinical audit data. We need to highlight and balance the focus on both. ⚖️

This week we attended the Clinical Effectiveness Group to present our Annual Report for 2022/23. The report outlines the clinical effectiveness activity which is registered with the department @claude here at @barnshospital ⬇️

Future plans include the integration of The NHS Impact Framework. We must begin to highlight the impact and improvement of clinical effectiveness as well as the assurance.
