@FreddyLA7 Loved the Fairhope pics, Mobile is my hometown, but I live in New Orleans now - come to Audubon park for the best Mississippi River views!!!
Dear @SearsHomeExpert - the part I need was delivered, I have it, ready for my appt, but customer service can NOT schedule it cuz they show that SAME PART as being on backorder! no one at the 800# can override the system to show I have the part and need it installed-WTF, Sears!?!
@saliltripathi@MattWalshBlog Or maybe CFCs didn’t have anything to do with the “ozone hole” in the first place? This chart is from Our World in Data, using NASA’s Ozone Watch numbers, and I overlaid some “milestones” in banning CFCs. This was supposed to the “great example of global cooperation in history”?
Cleaning out old emails; found this from @FedExHelp after the debacle of the delivery hell last month: my name is NOT Edgar! You can’t even get a customer’s fucking FIRST NAME correct in a survey email? @FedEx used to be a great company
@FedExHelp LIES: Wednesday, Ground Trace department guy says he COULD do a 3-way call, me, him and our local delivery hub; TODAY: a DIFFERENCE Ground Trace department guy says he can NOT do such a three-way call!!!
Anyone at @FedExHelp want to go another few rounds of DM to see what the latest glitch is? 3 day since the last tracking update, and still no sign of this package.
@FedEx@FedExHelp You're one of the biggest shipping companies in the world and have some of the best data/tracking/etc software, but what, thwarted by one lazy driver who didn't scan something in on their return to the distribution center?
@FedEx@FedExHelp
9 days since “standard transit” date
5 days - Sun-Thurs - our package was “on FedEx vehicle for delivery”
48+ hours since “delivery option requested”
No notice/no update/no tracking change!!!
@FedExHelp - Now I KNOW this tracking info is largely fictional; we did NOT make a “delivery option” request at 3:49am Thursday morning - we made that request EARLIER THIS AFTERNOON, but you guys rec-conned it into the history for whatever face-saving reason you have.
To 99.9% of the English-speaking world, "final destination location" means my house, the place the package was addressed to. But that's OK, I'm slowly learning @FedEx jargon.
@FedExHelp - just got an email, clearly not written by a native English speaker: my package is both “at final destination location” and FedEx is working to get my “delivery completed as soon as possible”!!!???!!!
