It’s genuinely #pathetic how the same governments that screech endlessly about “diversity” turn into fragile, trembling wrecks the moment someone refuses to chant their approved slogans.

While the rest of the world is busy laughing DEI, Net Zero, ESG, and the whole forced-conformity cult out of the room, Canada’s Liberals are too weak to defend any of it.

So instead of debating or arguing their case, they just keep passing legislation so taxpayer funded police services can make social media posts about expanding snitch lines, treating disagreement like a crime and #FreeSpeech like a public health emergency that needs to be reported and managed.

A strong democracy doesn’t beg citizens to police each other’s thoughts. It wins the debate. It doesn’t need to criminalize dissent because its ideas are too brittle to survive contact with reality. @MarkJCarney should learn this instead of being a wimp that lies to the people.

When a government has to pass laws making it illegal to reject its preferred insanity, that isn’t moral authority. That’s the public admission that their entire ideology is so weak, so incoherent, and so unpersuasive that the only way to keep people in line is to outlaw disagreement itself.

Free societies aren’t built by cowards who legislate consensus. They’re built by people who can handle being told their sacred ideas are garbage.
