Whenever life has given me an opportunity to learn, I have grabbed it with both hands.

1⃣Back in my IIT Bombay days, I made it a point to learn from my peers- whether it was their problem solving skills or their practical experiences. These learning experiences instilled immense confidence in me.
2⃣Later, when I moved to Japan for my first job as a software engineer, not only did I learn and adapt to the Japanese working culture but I learnt to speak the language as well. This made me confident that I can learn and grow in any environment!
3⃣Having then moved to India, I spent a lot of time researching and learning about crypto which made me realize the potential it holds. It was this learning that gave me the confidence to co-found @CoinDCX

The first Starships to Mars will launch in 2 years when the next Earth-Mars transfer window opens.

These will be uncrewed to test the reliability of landing intact on Mars. If those landings go well, then the first crewed flights to Mars will be in 4 years.

Flight rate will grow exponentially from there, with the goal of building a self-sustaining city in about 20 years. Being multiplanetary will vastly increase the probable lifespan of consciousness, as we will no longer have all our eggs, literally and metabolically, on one planet.
