1. In 2023, the BJP government changed the law.
The Chief Justice was removed from the panel that picks the Chief Election Commissioner.
A Union minister took his place.
Now the PM and his minister can outvote the Leader of Opposition.

2. Gyanesh Kumar took charge as CEC in February 2025.
Since then, Indian Express reports, two of the three Election Commissioners have objected on record at least 14 times to decisions taken without their knowledge.

3. When activist Anjali Bhardwaj asked under RTI for the files behind the nationwide SIR, the Commission replied that it "has so far not taken any decision" on a nationwide SIR in 2025.
Later it said the order had unanimous approval.

4. In Bengal, judicial tribunals cleared lakhs of voters, and the Commission is still appealing against their restoration.

5. Whoever protests gets Section 163, closed metro stations and a bus.

My view, as an ordinary voter : I don't need a big word to be worried. I only need to see who picks the umpire, who hides the files, and who gets detained for asking.

The vote is the only thing a poor man and a rich man hold equally.
If that can be cut by a software form, nothing else is safe.

श्रीमान जी, आखिर कब होगी सुनवाई? न्याय के लिए दर-दर भटक रहा दिव्यांग व्यक्ति

स्वार तहसील क्षेत्र का मामला है, जहां एक दिव्यांग व्यक्ति न्याय की मांग को लेकर लगातार अधिकारियों के चक्कर लगाने को मजबूर है। पीड़ित का आरोप है कि न्यायालय द्वारा जमीन के संबंध में यथास्थिति बनाए रखने का आदेश दिए जाने के बावजूद संबंधित व्यक्तियों द्वारा कथित रूप से जमीन पर कब्जा कर लिया गया है।

पीड़ित के अनुसार, जिन व्यक्तियों ने स्वयं धारा 116 के अंतर्गत मुकदमा दायर किया था, उन्हीं लोगों पर अब न्यायालय के यथास्थिति आदेश का कथित उल्लंघन करते हुए जमीन पर कब्जा करने का आरोप है। पीड़ित का सवाल है कि जब न्यायालय का आदेश स्पष्ट रूप से मौजूद है तो उसके बावजूद मौके पर कथित रूप से कब्जा कैसे किया जा रहा है और जिम्मेदार विभाग द्वारा तत्काल कार्रवाई क्यों नहीं की जा रही है?

पीड़ित का आरोप है कि दबंगई के बल पर जमीन पर कब्जा किया गया तथा न्यायालय के आदेश का खुलेआम उल्लंघन किया जा रहा है। पीड़ित का कहना है कि लगातार शिकायतें देने के बावजूद उसे अभी तक अपेक्षित न्याय नहीं मिला है और वह न्याय के लिए दर-दर भटक रहा है।

पीड़ित ने स्वार SDM राजकुमार भास्कर से पूरे मामले का संज्ञान लेकर न्यायालय के आदेश का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित कराने तथा मौके की निष्पक्ष जांच कराने की मांग की है। साथ ही, उच्च अधिकारियों से भी अनुरोध किया गया है कि शिकायत पर लगाई गई रिपोर्ट की निष्पक्षता की जांच कराई जाए।

पीड़ित का आरोप है कि उसकी शिकायत पर गलत रिपोर्ट लगा दी गई, जिसके कारण वास्तविक स्थिति सामने नहीं आ सकी। ऐसे में पीड़ित ने मुरादाबाद मंडलायुक्त से भी मामले का संज्ञान लेकर संबंधित अधिकारियों से जांच कराने और मौके की वास्तविक स्थिति की रिपोर्ट प्राप्त करने की मांग की है।

पीड़ित का कहना है कि यदि जांच में न्यायालय के यथास्थिति आदेश का उल्लंघन अथवा अवैध कब्जा प्रमाणित होता है तो संबंधित जिम्मेदार व्यक्तियों के विरुद्ध कानून के अनुसार कार्रवाई की जानी चाहिए, ताकि न्यायालय के आदेशों की गरिमा बनी रहे और आम नागरिकों का कानून एवं प्रशासन पर विश्वास कायम रहे।

श्रीमान जी, एक दिव्यांग व्यक्ति आखिर कब तक न्याय के लिए दर-दर भटकता रहेगा?
मांग है कि मामले की निष्पक्ष एवं उच्चस्तरीय जांच कराकर न्यायालय के आदेश का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित कराया जाए, शिकायत पर लगाई गई रिपोर्ट की भी जांच हो और दोषी पाए जाने वाले व्यक्तियों के विरुद्ध नियमानुसार कार्रवाई की जाए।
