Today, I faced harassment by two individuals claiming to be UP police officers while issuing a challan for my car parked in a no-parking zone. They refused to provide names or show proper ID, wore "private uniforms," and threatened me when I questioned their legitimacy.

Since I don’t know their names, I’m attaching their pictures and video of initial confrontation.
The person in the video is saying that he is in “private uniform” and I don’t have “adhikar” to ask for his name. The video is shot by my brother who is law student.

I accept that my car was parked in a no-parking zone, as I was unaware due to multiple cars already being parked there. And I am ready to pay the fine for that, but apart from that I received a hefty penalty for being disobedient towards them when I simply asked for their names.

1) As per their own notification 19/2020 dt. 10/07/2020, first timers were to be promoted on the basis of TMA's and Practicals. No theory exams were conducted and yet below average marks are given to students in theory. This is nothing but a nation wide fraud. @niostwit
