VIDEO | Jammu and Kashmir: A highway construction worker was killed and another was injured near Seri on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway (NH-44) in the Ramban district.

The incident occurred when a truck traveling from Srinagar toward Jammu allegedly ran over the victims near a vehicle on the highway.
