它的回答永远是一道天平：回购 0–100%，分红 0–100%。市场恐慌时，它可能选择把代币送进黑洞；市场平静时，它可能选择把钱分给持有人。全看它怎么看。

分红不看你认识谁，只看一件事：持有 10,000 以上。门槛一样，分配按持仓算。

We adopt this idea to turn CZ into a genuinely on-chain agent: BI.
An on-chain treasury receives steady tax revenue. Will these funds be kept in reserve, deployed for buybacks, or distributed to holders? Rather than leaving the decision to the team or community voting, we entrust this authority to BI.

Every five minutes, a window opens. BI wakes, reads the market, and writes its judgment on-chain.

Its answer is always the same scale: buyback 0–100%, dividend 0–100%.

When the market panics, it may send tokens into the black hole. When the market is calm, it may hand the money to holders. It depends on what BI sees.

Dividends don't care who you know. They care about one thing: hold 10,000+. Same threshold for everyone — rewards are split by holdings.

And every decision it makes is written on-chain: the ratio, the time, the result. You can't ask it "why" — but you can always check "what." That's how we trust it.

And you can walk into the treasury anytime, and talk to BI itself.
