@IndiGo6E Mr Vikram Mehta. These apology is a farce. The claim of "No Questions asked Refund" is a fraud. On 5 Dec, I was stuck due to your mismanagement. Despite having a boarding pass, I couldn't fly due to NO flights. & now i am getting 5% of my money back. 95% gobbled up! #IndiGoFraud

I hope Indigo stops fooling the clients on public platforms. Your portal shows today that more than 95% amount paid by me has been gobbled up by Indigo, and loose change has been processed as a refund. Is this your "NO QUESTIONS ASKED" refund?

@IndiGo6E is denying refund. I was at the airport on 5 Dec, was issued a boarding pass & after 3 hrs+ wait, I left the airport & went home as there was no plane. After 4 days, indigo is denying refund, claiming i was a no-show!

What should come out of #IndiGoCrisis:

1️⃣ IndiGo CEO fired.

2️⃣ IndiGo fined ₹3000 Crore (~50% TTM profit & approx annual budget of aviation ministry)

3️⃣ Top 3 at DGCA fired.

4️⃣ Cabinet reshuffling in Ministry of Civil Aviation.

Unfortunately, none or more of these most happen. I hope @narendramodi @AmitShah Sir proves the last line wrong.

@IndiGo6E This PR trip is just a sham.. I was left high and dry at Delhi airport on 5th morning, waited for 3 hours but no avail. And after 4 days today I received a reply from indigo that I was a NO-SHOW...so much for "No-Questions-Asked" refunds!
