@help_delhivery Sent the details via DM still no resolution. I asked for status over DM but nobody responds on DM, so finally I had to cancel the order. The official helpline is so pathetic what can we expect from their hub managers and delivery agents. Worst service ever.
Pathectic service from @delhivery , the delivery agent gives missed call, when I call back they cut my call and mark my status as Unreachable. Already complained on their helpline, still no help. Most crap service ever, this service should be banned.
Hi @Swiggy, I had placed an order yesterday but raw uncooked food was delivered to me. I raised request for full refund via email but only ₹26 were refunded. I DMed @SwiggyCares 11h ago with details but still no reply. Can you please help as this is unacceptable.
Had a chat with @flipkartsupport over DM. Again same old automatic replies. @Flipkart please arrange a call on this issue with any executive. You guys are harassing customers.

Hi @amazonIN I recently purchased shakti car washer S3 which was delivered as damaged on the inside. The product had water droplets all over it and the box is damaged on the inside. I raised a complaint with Rithika from Amazon specialist department but they denied return. Help

Worst experience with @_groww placed MF orders on 7th Oct before same day Nav cutoff time. Still received nav of next day. Groww support (worst) stating delay in settlement of funds from bank even though the payments were made via UPI from two different banks. Lost a customer.
Hey @TheJupiterApp due to your poor services I had requested account closure after months of being in the PRO plan. Then I was asked to pay charges for account closure. Agent told it would be reverted but then you guys are refusing the same. See SS
@rajashreecodes Pathetic service from a reputed brand. Still can't find the logic behind a consumer bearing the cost of poor product quality. I hope @SamsungIndia@Samsung can improve their after sales service and ensure the consumer gets their rightful repairs done.
