Requesting an exception to allow a return, as I’ve already tried all available options. If a customer isn’t satisfied after trying different sizes, a return option should be provided.

I am really disappointed with @HDFCERGOGIC .
I want to port my parents policy. I have been calling so many times but I never receive a callback from their port department. I mailed @HDFCERGOGIC as well, no reply. Seems like they aren't interested to sell.

Hi @amazonIN I recently purchased shakti car washer S3 which was delivered as damaged on the inside. The product had water droplets all over it and the box is damaged on the inside. I raised a complaint with Rithika from Amazon specialist department but they denied return. Help

Recently purchased Samsung washing machine from flipkart.
Within 7 days, the screw cap of the pulsator came out in the 2nd wash which comprised of 1 bedsheet and 2 pillow cover.
This has rendered the product useless and I am unable to use it since 26th July.

This is unexpected from a reputed brand like Samsung. Moreover, the service is pathetic, I had to call everyday for the update. Have been using Samsung products, but never faced this kind of service and it makes me move away from this brand. #Samsung #badservice #washingmachine
