The insane part is that almost every bullet point on this list could have been a once-in-a-generation achievement for an entire aerospace company.
SpaceX did all of them within roughly 20 years while simultaneously building:
the world’s largest satellite constellation,
fully reusable rockets,
human spaceflight systems,
global internet infrastructure,
AI compute clusters,
and now potentially orbital data centers.
At this point, SpaceX feels less like a normal company and more like a civilization infrastructure engine 🚀
@Mayo826953@EFIEBER_ANDRE labber nicht, wenn man Garantie beibehalten will, MUSS man die Servicetermine minutiös einhalten. Schonmal einen neuen Wagen gehabt?
If I were in charge of xAI:
- They obviously still have the capacity to train models
(Elon says major models are finishing training now, so he's either completely lying, or they retained enough people who know how.)
-They have Colossus, the AI training envy of the planet
-Keep it stripped down. Core team of true believers. Immediate culture change: cut this "trying to be cool" crap, Let's Get Serious.
-Terminate Ani. That was a neat experiment. Now let's get serious.
-Two teams: MODELS and PRODUCTS. Model Team lives and breathes to train the best models on earth, using everything they've learned.
Products Team focuses on Building Useful Things based around those models.
-The most obvious objective is code integration on X.
It's insane they have not done this yet. It's embarassing.
Take the GitHub / Loveable / Replit concepts, plus Google AI Studio, and integrate this on X. Let users build mini-apps (and, later, larger projects) using Grok Code.
Allow users to share and distribute their apps on X, leveraging the social aspects. Let people make money from their apps! Both with rev share (already here) and micro transactions (hint: X Money)
Provide all of the xAI APIs in one place, easy to use for even non-technical people. Use Grok Agents to help people build and craft things.
-TRAIN ON THE CODE. Train on the projects people build. They can opt out, but not at the free tier.
-Do not waste time on an IDE. Those are already out of date. Focus on AGENTIC AI CODING. Ship a Grok CLI (can be ready in weeks or months). Everything is Agentic First.
-Make X a hub, a clearinghouse for interesting AI-build projects which people build, distribute, and scale. Enable everyone to be a builder, with Grok as the guide.
I proposed this to Elon like, 1.5 years ago and he AGREED:

And then, for some reason, it NEVER HAPPENED and this huge opportunity was totally wasted.
The most important takeaway is to drop your SAST vendors now and shift to LLM-based code review.
This is not something I say lightly. But it’s my experience that this is the way to roll and now. The difference in depth is just too much.
I see SAST capturing less than 10% of what LLM’s accomplish.
SAST was made to go broad and wide. LLM-based code review does this AND goes deep.
PS: I use LLM’s to do code review and then use that same LLM to review the results (LLM’s do better with context).
