@EurostarUK on the 9059 Paris to London in premier and received the best service from Harriet. Myself and three friends not intentionally were difficult. She sorted our problems all with a smile. What a great member of staff.
@giffgaff The email responses appear to be bots just sending the same instructions without sorting the difficulty out. It sends email we request a link and nothing happens.
@giffgaff had account with you several years no problem now bank card expired and cannot reset account. Over 10 emails and same auto response received but no password reset link being sent! Cannot believe you cannot contact someone to pay them money!!!!
@LNER 1st class lounge in Doncaster a tip. No milk in the only machine working. I felt sorry for the poor staff member who was trying to get on top of it and dispatch trains.
@GreggsOfficial Alex at St James Retail Park Sheffield Branch Alex has a friendly manner but works efficiently serving customers. So impressed with Alex service delivery.
In a world where criticisms are thrown about with ease praise needs to be shared more. Well done Alex.
@ScotRail A big shout out to Joanne and Nigel at Glasgow Queen Street station. I was needing advice there for a group booking and they were awesome. Answered all my questions with a cheery smile and good local advice. Thank you and let them know my appreciation!!
@swissportNews I have just been in Heathrow T2 SAS checkin desks and needed advice. SURJIT was the supervisor who helped me. He went over and above a credit to your company. Please thank him on my behalf.
@LNER just wanted to give a big shout out and thank you to the first class crew on the 14:19 from Doncaster to London 27:2:25.
Very helpful chatty and professional. Luisa was particularly helpful. Her crew mate did a sterling job.
We're about to see a big shift in SDLC approach to software. The shift from waterfall => agile as a previous evolution was built around the constraints of humans in writing software. Now we will see another evolution to embrace the strengths/limitations of AI, LLMs and agents.
It's common for developers to get to clarity by writing code first. Now with AI that can change. We can speak to the codebase and ask questions of it. These shifts fundamentally require us to re-wire our brains in how we think about problem solving with these tools.
@JeremyLoops Buzzing to see the Gig in London on Thursday.
Going with my daughter Emily. I will be the oldest there at 70 years. So a shout out to Trevor and Emily would be fun!! Gone on double date. LOL
@FirstSouthYorks
The 116 stopped at link road saying a car was blocking the turning circle at Ravenfield.
Having had to walk in the rain to there I can assure you there is no car there now!
Contrasting Brian Chesky interviews to Bezos just feel completely night and day in terms of the amount of true, novel and hard-won leadership insights.
