LSU does have one of the more favorable remaining slates.
Getting #1 Texas and #8 Alabama in Baton Rouge is a real advantage. Most teams that still have to play those two get at least one of them on the road. LSU also gets Texas A&M and Mississippi State at home. That means four of their five currently ranked remaining SEC opponents are in Tiger Stadium.
The rest of the slate is:
at Kentucky
at Auburn
at Tennessee (the one ranked road game left)
at Arkansas
Kentucky, Auburn, and Arkansas are all winnable. The Tennessee game in Knoxville is the only remaining trip that looks like a true test on paper.
