@HuttWisdomTech Thanks. It's quite frustrating because it consumes a lot of my time, and I’ve repeatedly provided all the information you need. I understand it’s not the fault of the Twitter team, but if support takes months (or even years) to resolve an issue, it’s simply unprofessional.

@HuttWisdomTech I would not trust them, as they also ripped off people on Kickstarter, where individuals—including myself—paid over $300 and never received anything. They simply ghost everyone. I would strongly advise against working with them. https://t.co/nAd0kHuUVK
