"Kolanut & its benefits" Series 2.
The Coca-Cola got its name from Kolanut due to the extract of kola nut that's used in the production of Coca-Cola. Presently, it's no more in coke as they've gotten an artificial imitation of the kolanut extract.
Each Kolanut pod contains the caffeine equivalent of about two cups of coffee, when consumed it is used to awaken the senses during ceremonies and rituals (reason why Yorubas & Igbos consume it during traditional rituals)
If you're an alcoholic & you've been looking for a natural way to prevent hangovers, chew Kolanut before drinking - you won't experience any hangover or intoxication.

Steps
- We need BITTER Lemon (Bara)
- Fermented corn water (Yorubas call it Omiidun)
- If we can't get Corn fermented water, then use ordinary water
- We peel the Green bark of the Bitter Lemon (Bara)
- We remove the seed
- We $|ice the peeled seedless bitter melon in to a bottle or container 🫙
- We pour the corn fermented water into it (ensure it covers it)
- We allow it to ferment for 2 days
- We give the sufferer 2 teaspoonful per day
We ensure we don't give more than 2 spoonful per day - giving too much can result into low blood sugar and dangerous.
We then check their blood sugar every other day to measure any difference.
Diabetes can be prevented with good lifestyle please ensure you manage your health
Note - This is for educational purposes not a replacement for medical treatment or an alternative to doctors advise.

Today, there was neither Igbo nor Yoruba. There was neither Christian nor Muslim.
It was NIGERIA, ONE BIG COUNTRY.
It was a difficult win but if we can raise above our differences and stand together like the Eagles did today, there's nothing we can't achieve. With our resources, we will become the envy of other nations.
We must come together as one again.
@RareJem__ Awww, may God give them long life and good health to reap the fruit of their labour and may God provide for every striving parents out there
