@jacksongates@arampell B and C are reasonably solved with a compelling merchant app/wallet. Inertia is real, but overcomeable with time and incentives.

1/ The team @ Plaid has been working hard over the weekend to help customers affected by the current bank volatility – Silicon Valley Bank and others. We’ve also fielded a lot of calls and know many folks have similar questions. Here are some updates:. 🧵
4/ We’re accelerating onboarding for ACH processing. Several customers asked us for urgent help switching ACH processing from affected banks. Over the weekend we shipped multiple improvements to create a fast track process for customers to onboard with Plaid Transfer.
