And just as an FYI, if you're going to put a code with an expiration date inside the packaging, you should really consider printing the expiration date on the packaging - then its obvious you need to open it right away. PLEASE MAKE THIS RIGHT!

@Ubisoft @UbisoftSupport I bought a copy of Assassin's Creed Origins Gold Steel Book edition a number of years ago and the code inside expired before I could play it. I've been bounced around between Amazon, Ubisoft, and Sony trying to get a replacement code. Why is this hard?

I paid for the version of the game with the Season Pass, all I need is a replacement code. I've shown the proof of purchase, that the code was unused and expired, and even that I'm a long time player, so I really don't get why this is an issue.
