@GrandPOOBear It's been a while, but LaVar was a media shit show. I know Lamelo has been balling out, but back in 2017 LaVar was hyping Lonzo up like he was Jordan/LeBron. There was a negative aura surrounding Lonzo and the family. That is what I feel the owners/GMs/Coaches were concerned with

@GrandPOOBear I think it's a hindsight is 20/20 type thing. Knowing the crap they put up with, with LaVar, maybe it scared off GMs and coaches, not wanting to have a repeat of that. I really dont know. I just know I'd shy from the drama if I were a GM. But I'm not. 🤣

@GrandPOOBear PS2 launch. My Best friend Will, my boss and I sat out all night at best buy. I was only 16. My boss gave me my paycheck early so I could get it. The following week when we got paid, I still got a full paycheck. I asked him about the mistake and he said there was "no mistake".
