@gcashofficial I use gcash card for my mrt commute and the past 1.5 months, I was not even refunded for the Php 28 deposit. Gigi chat is useless and my ticket keeps getting closed without resolution. It has happened again today (2nd time). Sobrang hassle!!!!

@grabph First time to encounter a scammer driver for the Grab Advance booking going to the airport. I see where the driver is 10mins away from my location and not moving. No traffic since it's 6am. Kept calling and no response so I had to cancel so I won't be late- I was charged.
