Very disappointed @sainsburys Food ordered with Valentines meal deal. (We are all self isolating so thought a treat would be nice). Substituted with a non meal deal main so they won't honour the deal! Disappointed to send the deal elements back later. B warned - check receipt!

@British_Airways I have had flights changed/cancelled. You emailed me & advised me to call as I can't do anything on website. Cut off on initial number given. Then rang exec club line. On hold for 1hour 1 min & then cut off. What do you now propose I do?

@marksandspencer disappointed. placedan order to apply the summer beauty bag at reduced price. Didn't amend the price once added to bag. Lovely lady online chat advised there had been issues & to keep trying (she would raise the issue). Now its out of stock! Very unimpressed

Thank you NHS. A year ago today I had a massive operation & came out cancer free. Can't thank the NHS enough. Amazing staff.
