Can we discuss the @redbullracing Rear Wing Flap. #F1#MiamiGP
Is seems to breach Art C3.11.1a, being significantly proud of the endplate when in Straight Mode.
The maximum allowed difference is 10mm.
The wing is definately more than 10mm proud of the end plate.

What happened at #AD2021 was not unfortunate. It was FRAUD. The sports governing body (@fia) CHOSE to apply their own regulations differently to the accepted interpretation. In so doing it presented an opportunity to the 2nd place driver that did not exist had the regulations been applied correctly.
The Race Director, in consultation with Race Control & the stewards decided to do the illegitimate partial unlap and decided to illegitimately bring in the safety car on the same lap as unlapping cars.
2 illegitimate decisions that manufactured an illegitimate final lap shootout.
The illegitimate decisions by the Race Director were ratified by the stewards after the race.
An investigation followed and the highest powers in FIA ratified the illegitimate decisions made by their Race Director, claiming it was a simple 'human error'.
The FIA falsely stated that there was no mechanism to change the classification, ignoring their power under Judicial and Disciplinary art 9.1.1 to refer the matter to their trusted and qualified experts on regulation interpretation, the International Court of Appeal (ICA), who have the power to overturn the result.
FIA manipulated the race and fraudulently covered up their manipulation.

@F1WDC2021@LandoNorris Lando is a good driver and for 2025 had a very good car. That combination resulted in the 2025 WDC.
The best drivers show they can win consistently with competitive cars, preferably against competitive team mates.

Max is a bully, both on and off track. He and his team care about nothing but winning; by any means possible.
That Max is 4xWDC is the greatest choreographed deception. FOM & FIA protected Max from regulation breaches through inventing bogus overtaking guidelines that contradicted the ISC, regulation 'loopholes', and regulation ambiguity.
If Max had decent morals, he would recognise Lewis as the rightful 2021 WDC.
As per page 1 of the GUIDELINES, the stewards decisions WILL (mandatory) be made following the RULES (not necessarily the GUIDELINES).
This mandatory requirement to ALWAYS apply the Code of Driving Conduct on Circuits is often overlooked in favour of the GUIDELINES
The stewards MUST enforce the RULES, they MAY use the guidelines to help refine their interpretation of the rules. They MUST NEVER apply an interpretation of the guidelines that contradicts the RULES.
@F1 Let's hope lessons are learnt from @Max33Verstappen 51G crash at @SilverstoneUK in 2021.
By his own admission, he suffered symptoms for several months, including blurred vision. Keeping it to himself, to avoid being banned.

The @fia are investigating the possibility of adding a Q4 session to qualifying.
This will allow Max Verstappen to run on his own on a completely clear track.

As to the finer point on whether Max was only able to complete the overtake by going off track, that open to debate.
What is not debatable is
1. Max was unable to keep his car within the track limits when the car he was overtaking did stay within track limits and left Max room, this is a symptom of carrying too much speed. Had Max slowed down in order to stay within track limits there is no guarantee that he would've made the overtake stick
2. The FIA ISC rules apply to NLS
3. Max committed an infringement by going off track
Seems poor @Max33Verstappen is unable to compete in any FIA series without there being controversy and leniency.
That 1st corner overtake that saw him take an early lead was achieved by going off track.
Not a legal overtake according to FIA ISC rules.
