Something new is coming to your Wednesday timeline.
Introducing The Spotlight.
Every Wednesday, we bring you closer to the people, projects and ideas shaping Web3.
For our very first Spotlight, we’re shining the light on @MarsChainCN and @Meganyxi
We’ll be talking about the project, what they’re building, the vision behind it and giving you the chance to interact directly with the team.
Hosted by Mel, alongside @legeOfficial and @thisisema22
Today | 12 PM WAT
Come with your questions. Come ready to learn. Come meet the people building.
This is The Spotlight. See you there.
All, I said all the big accounts on x here have have sold their community something .
Some sold courses, some sold projects products.
We have those who sold their own products and services.
Some have even sold us the dream of buying their bags.
After evaluating everything I’ve achieved on X, I realised I kept trapping myself in a disadvantage loop.
I refused to sell anything except project products.
The problem is that project promotions aren’t consistent.
If I ever sell multiple things on this page, it won’t be because my followers love me.
It’ll be because the data says they need them.
Good morning CT another day to let you know that not every crypto project is built around hype. Some are built around purpose.
Stay with me😚
$QOLT is one of the few projects using blockchain technology to support something meaningful—helping seniors, veterans, and adults with disabilities through a transparent charitable initiative.
It’s refreshing to see a project where the mission came before the token, proving that Web3 can create real-world impact beyond speculation.
If you’re curious about what they’re building and the vision behind it, take a look:

Compassion meets crypto
If you’re building a career in Web3, think beyond the next payment.
Ask yourself:
“What kind of reputation is this opportunity helping me build?”
That question can change how you choose projects
most people think being a creator is all about making content
but that's only a small part of the journey,
the real work happens behind the scenes when you're;
~ researching ideas
~ learning new skills
~ understanding your audience
~ building relationships
~ showing up consistently even when no one seems to be paying attention
the truth is, not every post will perform well
and sometimes your hardest work may somehow receive the least recognition
that's normal, because growth is often invisible before it becomes obvious
the creators who succeed today aren't always the most talented
they're the ones who keep improving, keep creating value, and keep showing up long enough for people to notice
in the end being a creator isn't about chasing views alone, or going viral
it's about earning trust by consistently creating value that makes people want to hear from you again
I am David Okocha (@davidokocha086 ). I’m a 19-year-old engineer based in Lagos, and I’m breaking the current paradigm of AI development.
While 95% of AI startups are busy calling cloud APIs and building thin wrappers, I am building Edgai fully offline AI running on $30 Android phones. 🧵👇
🔥 I met a guy who makes 1.2 million dollars a year just by writing prompts.
I asked him what his trick was. He sent me a 2-hour Anthropic course.
I finished it last night… and halfway through, I froze I realized I'd been using Claude wrong for months.
It's not that I use it too little. It's that I was using it like 95% of people do.
If you use Claude even occasionally, save this tweet right now.
Seriously. It's going to change the way you talk to AI.
NVIDIA CEO, @JensenHuang:
"If you're still writing prompts, stop. Build loops instead."
The 7th richest man on earth spoke at Stanford for 67 minutes. No script. No PR.
This is free. I've seen $300 courses that teach less.
Don't just watch it. Build your first loop. Step-by-step guide below.
"If you're in crypto, pivot to AI."
I used to hear versions of this, and it's the wrong way to think about the world. It's zero sum, scarcity thinking.
Crypto is a general purpose technology. It's infrastructure, the same way electricity or the internet is infrastructure. It doesn't compete with the next big thing, because it underpins it. It's an *and*, not an *or*.
AI being a megatrend takes nothing away from crypto. If anything, it makes crypto more important.
AI agents will need their own financial infrastructure and will eventually transact far more per day than all humans combined. They can't open a bank account, they can't wait three days for a wire, they reside in one country. They need real time programmable money (and that's crypto).
Agents will need to hold funds and pay for things on their own. We pioneered this with the x402 protocol, Base, and USDC, which now power the vast majority of all agentic payments. Agents will also engage in trading and act as a financial advisor. They will raise or borrow money for new projects they are undertaking. They will eliminate tasks for us around tax planning, portfolio rebalancing, and bill pay.
Welcome to the world of Agentic Finance (AiFi). This is what Coinbase is building.
Attackers have frontier AI. Defenders need a frontier AI ecosystem—the best open and closed models, force-multiplied by a global community.
During the Hugging Face incident, closed AI blocked essential forensics. An open-weight frontier model helped contain the intrusion.
That’s why we created the Open Secure AI Alliance.
Each of those house’s Xeus bought cost good money.
Doing this in this market condition literally shows he is loaded,
Now imagine doing all in 1week? Diabolic 😂
People say they are late into web3 and i smile, you are only late to the “free money” and $0 part of web3.
Currently you need to work the shit out to make money, and you need money to make money now.
Memes are broad, so you need a circle of like minds, you need tools and you need steady activeness.
Job section, you need to have good skill and good proof you can deliver, that’s when recommendations starts coming.
You can’t just be a reply guy and want some kind of jobs, you need skills and good proof.
On trading side, you need to be a trader, have the psychology, market sentiment, be deep in both fundamentals and technicals.
- Some traders don’t even know when the next CPI is coming out,
- some jobbers don’t even know the latest trend on new chain,
- while some meme hunters don’t even know what a new chain is or how to bridge to it.
You can’t be putting low efforts and be expecting a good return, it no longer feasible in web3.
Simple..!
