The Dallas Stars have made their choice. 🏒
After more than 30 years in Dallas, the franchise plans to build a new arena in Plano when its American Airlines Center lease expires in 2031.
A Plano City Council agenda released Tuesday indicates city leaders will vote Monday on a formal agreement with the Stars, a key step toward making the project official.
Combined with this week's Mavericks arena announcement and Neiman Marcus' downtown exit, it's another major blow to the city's urban core.
What's your take on this blow to downtown? Tell us below. ⬇️

@DiscountTire and @ChickfilA are the benchmarks of customer service. Every other company needs to do away with AI agents, and follow their lead. Different industries, yet still provide excellent service. I’ll continue to be loyal.
Being in your early 40s is weird, man. People around your age are in every stage of life. You have people who are grandparents. You have people who have newborns. You have people dating 25-year-olds. You have people celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary. Some of them look 60, and some of them look 30. All the bases are covered when you are in your early 40s.
If you want to see government waste, just look at the amount of junk mail, and spam calls/texts politicians send out. Regardless if it is donations or tax money, it is a complete waste.
If we can’t make spam calls illegal, cellular carriers should ban them all. Robo texting and calls, including political ones. Sheesh. Your automated texts and calls are not going to change my opinion, that each and everyone of you all are crooks…
If you have to ask social media about conditions on local roads, you probably shouldn’t be driving in the first place. If you aren’t comfortable driving, just wait…
There is absolutely no difference between this play and the Buffalo play. Adams did not make any move. He caught it, secured it as he was tackled and then stripped on the ground. Same exact thing. Same exact. This is why fans hate the NFL refs. No consistency game to game
