quite a few hours before visit. Txt from sse states power will not be interrupted at all during migration. So here we are can't even have a cup of coffee and it'll be dark soon. @MartinSLewis I'm guessing this isn't the only example of this.

So get a text saying being moved from sse to ovo from 4pm. We go shopping for tea at about 5.30 all fine. Get back at 6.30 no electricity. Over an hour on the phone and they can't turn it on and have send an engineer. Customer is registered as vulnerable (top priority) quoted
