What I don't understand is how other internet providers in our neighborhood were able to maintain service through the same storms while Spectrum customers remain offline for days. What is different about Spectrum's infrastructure resulting in an extended outage?

@Ask_Spectrum spectrum sent the repairman Gregory to my house today at 9-10am. Same guy as yesterday. And he repeated that he escalated yesterday, he cannot fix it. Still cannot fix it today. Apparently dispatch did nothing. Only thing spectrum says is we escalated this.

@GetSpectrum still no service. Service man came on 8/31 replaced router, modem, outside line & still not working. They brought a senior repairman on 9/12 & he said it was a bad cord which he replaced. Still not working. Another senior repairman came out on 9/17 & now zero service

@MailchimpStatus this new mailchimp format does not allow for strong checks and balances please give us the option to revert back to the old format for segments and tags. This format is not workable or sustainable.

@MailchimpHelp Yeah I read that but we have used MC for 4 years, never had this issue and now the last 3 MC blasts this is and issue? Just since beginning of March. We send out 26,000 emails so I don’t know who is using what email but I am guessing through outlook

I guess I’m having a hard time understanding how these university presidents can welcome tens of thousands of undergrads—who aren’t being tested at all—back to campus, and cram them in dorms and classrooms, but they can’t protect a few hundred athletes.
