Hey @Airbnb, I booked w/ @hellolanding through you and they’ve erroneously referred me to a collections agency for utility bills. They’re denying it, refusing to fix it. Agency says it originated from Pearl Studios. My personal info was used in connection with this. Please help.

Don’t deliver food, claim they’ve delivered food, claim the driver tried to reach out, dropped off, won’t tell what pin was used to accept, won’t provide pics, give you no recourse. Just hang up & bet on you giving up. Not me.
