@scotrail why are you using the older 158 class trains more frequently on the Fife Circle line compared to last year? Peak time travel on a 2 carriage 158 class is not a great experience.

Many executives fail to understand why tech companies are bloated. They are bloated because everything is held together with duck tape and "task force" teams. And it's due to gross lack of funding when it comes to removing complexity and technical debt.
@ScotRail Yes cancellation are inevitable but they appear to be a regular occurrence on the Fife circle at peak teams and we get also get the added benefit of regular carriage reductions plus the joy of riding in the ancient 158s.
@ScotRail why do you keep running a 2 carriage train at peak times? The 7:59 from Dunfermline Queen Margaret to Edinburgh is consistently reduced in size.
Hey @ScotRail another 2 carriage train on the peak time 7:59 from Dunfermline QM to Edinburgh. Going to be standing room only as we leave Dunfermline Town again.

@ScotRail the 7:59 from Dunfermline Town to Edinburgh is consistently 2 carriages which is not great for a peak time service. Where has all you rolling stock gone?

@GergelyOrosz Good read, I think you moved on from Skyscanner just before we introduced design docs which we have evolved over the last 5 years. We now have an extensive archive which provides a useful historical record of why design decisions where made and trade offs that were considered.
