@GergelyOrosz Better way is to empower teams with the information about how much they spend. We do cost allocation at the squad level for AWS, NewRelic and Databricks...more often than not, squads just fix it themselves and keep simple costs low
@caseyrosenthal@Skyscanner does a 5-week paid leave after 5 years of working there. You soon find out the dependencies when folks aren't coming back for over a month and get the time to fix it. Great perk and adds a bit of resilience.
