@CP24 There are multiple people to blame for this wide spread issue. The first is too many kids grow up with broken families or with out one parent altogether. The second is there is no real discipline in the schools anymore, kids get away with anything almost.

@CityNewsTO This has been going on for well over 40 years at the tdsb, I was in multiple split classes back in the 80's. It is nothing new the lower grade kids of the split class do far better than the higher grade kids. My daughter had the same thing for years at the tcdsb.
