I'm perfectly okay with believing the 2020 election was stolen, but I have yet to find hard evidence. And never go to a conspiracy where a rational explanation will suffice. The Democratic party supports unrestricted murder of unborn children up to birth for any reason, sexual mutilation surgeries performed on children at their request without parental consent (and if parents object, the child can be forcibly removed from the home), tax-payer funded "transgender" surgeries for inmates and illegals, men competing against women in sports, drag queens teaching the kiddos in libraries and schools, a fully woke military, women (never-mind the fact that they cannot even define a woman, but let's go with it) up for the draft, and now is advocating that wives lie to their husbands about for whom they voted.

Is that about right?

And yet some 'Christian pastors' say voting for Kamala is a viable option.

Lots of people are claiming that warming waters in the Gulf of Mexico (GoM) are causing hurricanes to become more intense (i.e., stronger winds / lower pressure).

So, I created this scatterplot which shows the three-month average GoM (defined as 20-30°N, 80-100°W) June, July and August (JJA) sea surface temperature anomaly (SSTA) [which is ideal given that serves as initial conditions for peak hurricane season and SSTs are slow to change through radiation fluxes due to the fact water has a high heat capacity] versus maximum sustained wind speed (Vₘₐₓ) of every major hurricane which has traversed through [or formed in] the GoM since 1900 [of which there were 77 matching storms, but only 75 that occurred after June 30th].

The results from my analysis reveal no statistically significant correlation exists between major hurricane Vₘₐₓ and GoM SSTA. The coefficient of determination (R²-value) is 0.02. This underscores the importance of many other environmental parameters that must come into favor for tropical cyclogenesis to occur and for any cyclone to undergo rapid intensification. The SSTs do not make the storm.

Climate change arm-wavers like to oversimplify very complex phenomena because they don't have a lick of understanding about what they're talking about.
