Hi all,

It’s Caroline’s son, Ben here.

I’m afraid to say Mum died Friday the 8th at 2:40am. She fought hard but deteriorated rapidly at the end. She knew we were by her side until the very end & the home hospice care she received was exceptional.

In the end, she went peacefully surrounded by her family in her own home, in as much comfort as was possible, on copious quantities of drugs.

We are so grateful and thankful for everyone and the support you’ve given her over the years. We can’t put into words how appreciated.

Ambrosia was left in a carrier by the roadside and has had no interest so far. since going on the website. 😔 She is a really sweet girl and all she needs is patience and time to come round. Ambrosia needs a home without other pets or children too.

@kate_rackham @thismomentonly Kate - in case it’s helpful, I have my pax over a longer time as well in addition to extra pre-meds. I wear it for 45 mins pre-infusion, 90 mins infusion, 60 mins post-infusion and 10 mins to thaw out.
