@British_Airways I understand how many people are contacting you right now, but if you simply allowed people to apply for a full refund online (NOT just a voucher) you'd cut that number down massively. You're trying to force people to accept a voucher by not picking up the phone.

@British_Airways My flight was cancelled and I want a refund. No one has picked up the phone in weeks. The phone doesn't even ring, just an automated message and then I'm hung up on. Not even put on hold. I have a legal right to a refund and you're denying it.

No attempt, No explanation, no nothing. Ridiculous. ASOS & Hermes really don't care about their customers at all apparently 🤷🏻‍♀️

@Hermesparcels @ASOS @ASOS_HeretoHelp scheduled a returns pick up for Tuesday, no one showed up. Made an order with next day delivery to arrive on Tuesday, also never showed up. I'm paying for ASOS premier delivery and getting absolutely no service??? Where is my parcel???
