@rachelbeck_17 I stay away from mirrors even when I’m in the gym. It’s weird how hard I can be on myself and my perception of what my body looks like. Even though I’m 6’4 280 lbs I feel like I’m smaller than everybody else and at points it can affect my personality when out in public
