Proud to join union members from across WNY today for a labor walk supporting NYS AFL-CIO endorsed candidates Jon Rivera and Adam Bojak.
Thanks to everyone who knocked doors and talked with voters about why labor chose these candidates. Early voting starts 6/13,election day 6/23
Proud to stand with Penn State graduate workers in Harrisburg this week. More than 90% voted to join the UAW—we're urging Penn State to drop its appeal, respect the vote, and let workers move forward.
Solidarity is the answer.

In 2025, UAW members took on corporate greed like never before—at the bargaining table and in Washington, D.C. Workers stood shoulder to shoulder to win record contracts and demand real investment in U.S. manufacturing. We pushed back against attacks on free speech and workers’ rights, and we told politicians they had to pick a side. In 2025, we made real gains we can build on. And we’re just getting started.
The UAW stands in solidarity with Local 677 and Mack Truck workers in Macungie, PA. Mack’s move to shift jobs to Mexico is a betrayal of American workers and a threat to our communities. Local 677 offered real solutions, but corporate greed won out. We must fight back.
Sign & share the petition today—let’s show Mack and our political leaders that U.S. workers are not disposable!

It's the same story in towns all over Western PA and the Rust Belt: bad trade deals strip communities for parts and offshore solid, American manufacturing jobs in the endless lust for corporate profits.
I stand with @UAW and American workers & industry saying no more. Let's make more stuff right here in America.
“Here’s the truth: New York doesn’t have to take this lying down. We can fight back. We can protect our people, and we can do it by passing the New York Health Act.” — Wence Valentin III @UAWregion9
Congratulations to @RyanforBuffalo on a big victory in last night's Democratic mayoral primary and thank you to the many dedicated members and staff of @UAWregion9 who worked tirelessly to help elect a pro-labor candidate who will fight for the working class of Buffalo.
