While there are policies in place for delayed delivery and cancellations, could you also consider implementing an option for cancellations due to restaurant-caused delays? This would help ensure that customers aren’t the ones bearing the inconvenience.
@HondaCarIndia Such a bitter experience. Key damaged during servicing, issue raised & visited 4 times, informed tat it happens get a new one. Paid adv & now waiting for last 4 hrs agaist an informed 2-2.5hr job
