@GovKathyHochul@CDCgov You’re not considering the safety of the under 5s that don’t have the option to get a vaccine yet. This doesn’t make sense. Start with vaccinated adults inside not masking, watch the numbers. Then slowly expand if it’s not getting out of control..don’t start with schools
@SusanMaltserDO@MVGutierrezMD I think it’s that most people are doing the wrong modality of exercise. And trying for too much too soon. It took me a year to learn how to push myself just the right amount to progress with less flares..
