@EmiratesSupport Hi, I travelled from delhi to Seattle on 11-12th may and one of my luggage bag was completely damaged and wrapped in plastic bag.Because of the damage a lot of crockery broke. I didn't know at time how to file a claim. Let me know the procedure, I have pictures.
