In our contemporary Kashmiri society, @RuhullahMehdi Sahab is one such personage from whom every one irrespective of his/her denominational or party affiliation wants to listen to. Being a prominent political as well as meaningful socio religious voice, our youth have always cherished the idea of having a direct and intimate interaction with him. They want to get a deeper feel of his novel as well as noble ideas, which they think resonate with their own. And since social media is one such platform from where people, particularly our youth, may get an easy as well as ample opportunity to interact with him directly, I accordingly on my own behalf and on behalf of many Youth forums, civil society members and an extended friend circle in and out of Kashmir, request the Office of Aga Syed Ruhullah Mehdi Sahab (@Office_ASRM) to host a regular twitter (X) space where in people, particularly our youth ,as a matter of their right, may listen from one whose voice they have always considered credible enough to be listened to. It would be worthwhile and enlightening enough for everyone of us out there to interact with and hear from @RuhullahMehdi Sahab, on a regular basis about his intricately thought out ideas about constitutionalism, federalism and how do we ought to enliven our specific cultural and linguistic identities within the broader context of a tolerant and vibrant pluralistic society. Hope this heartfelt desire of teeming thousands like me meets a due response.

Why were the Epstein files opened up just weeks before? Perhaps because nobody who has Epstein credentials could ever pay even a lip service to the plight of the suffering ones. Verily the collective moral compass of the world has taken a hard hit.

As a founding member of Mutahiddah Majlis e Ulema (MMU) I extend my support for tomorrow’s peaceful strike call given by its Chairman @MirwaizKashmir Molvi Umar Farooq Sahab and by Mufti Nasir ul Islam sahab as a mark of respect to the martyrdom of Shaheed Ayatollah Syed Ali Khaminie. Let’s observe it to showcase that Kashmiri Muslims, as an integral element of Muslim Ummah , and irrespective of sectarian affiliations stand in solidarity with our Muslim brothers in Iran and elsewhere.

The proposed railway link to Pahalgam is detrimental to the region’s ecology, habitation & economy as well. Its timely suspension is welcome but it needs to be shelved off permanently. Credit for raising this genuine concern of people primarily goes to ⁦⁦@RuhullahMehdi⁩
