Saddened by the fire incident at Golipora Rajwar. Recently two houses were gutted in Krumhora and now another family has suffered a devastating loss.
Rajwar urgently needs a Fire & Emergency Services station. I request @manojsinha_ sahib to please take it up on priority. There is a gain a similar demand and equally important in Trathpora.
So this is the bombshell threatened by CM sahib. Tourist to the core. A trip to the scenic and beautiful Dachigam.
Dachigam is actually symbolic for today’s congregation. It is secluded, isolated, entry is restricted. That actually sums up state of the present government. Aloof, secluded, isolated and entry restricted.
A little bird told me. The MLAs have been shifted into the Wild Life area of Dachigam. And an ultimatum will be served. They will be told, “ Fall in Line” or else stay back and provide company to inhabitants of the Zoo.
But the inhabitants of the zoo are apparently aghast.
Just ahead of the Fatiha-Khwani at the Martyrs’ Graveyard Eidgah, followed by continued commemorative functions at Church Lane and J65 Jawahar Nagar in Srinagar, Sheikh Mohammed Imran, Secretary of JKPC, was placed under house arrest late last evening. Police personnel have been deployed at both gates of his residence with strict instructions not to allow him to move out. Authorities have also restricted access to Mazare Shuhada Eidgah since yesterday, preventing many JKPC members and office bearers from reaching the site to offer prayers and pay respects to Shaheed Abdul Gani Lone, Shaheed Mirwaiz Maulvi Farooq, and other martyrs.
A little birdie tells me that CM sahib called on the Home Minister recently.
And the photo that emerged out of the meeting was CM sahib like an overexcited marathoner grinning from ear to ear, handing over a bouquet, ostensibly congratulating the BJP for the recent electoral meeting.
In the meeting CM sahib apparently complained about the time taken for clearing the Reservation file. And apparently yet again CM sahib was informed that the file has been despatched 3 weeks back. Nobody it seems told CM sahib.
And yet again, yet again apparently the Centre has queried as to how the sub Committe came to the conclusions that have been forwarded.
Very humbly may I state. I had asked the same question in assembly and asserted that there is no evidence of research. The recommendations
sent should have been a research backed document based on scientific evidence.
Anyways. God bless those who voted them to power 🤔
CM sahib allowed the introduction of private member bill. The government didn’t oppose it.
The bill pertains to land. More specifically about extending the leases on government land that have expired. The bill pertains to some of the costliest real estate in Kashmir, worth I would guess about 70000 to one lakh crores. Or maybe even much more.
And no prizes for guessing. It is aimed to help the super elite of Kashmir.
May I ask what is in it for the poorest of the poor. Lakhs of poor families who have built houses on 2 Marlas or 3 Marlas or at the most a kanal. They continue to persecuted on a daily basis. They are as helpless as they have been for decades. Do they don’t deserve a bill.
I am not opposed to the bill per se. But it the super elite only who have to benefit.
May I ask some questions.
I asked them in Assembly. Never got an answer.
What is the total land in Kanals that belongs to the government and has been leased out.
What is the lease amount that they have been paying till date.
The only Gynaecologist at
SDH sogam has been shifted to srinagar.
The ugly trend to shift doctors from Kupwara to sringar should stop @sakinaitoo
Please dnt push public to the streets for their rights.
@OmarAbdullah sb , kindly look into such issues.
Dr Farooq sahib has claimed that BJP offered them a deal for three Rajya Sabha seats.
That means a dialogue mechanism exists between the two parties. That means they had a dialogue about Rajya Sabha.
Wonder whether they informed their allies that they were having a dialogue with the BJP.
Isn’t that what we have been saying all along.
Fixed match.
@narendramodi
Happy Birthday sir
Hope our voice will be heard our Education system requires fully intervention of your govt. There is no enough space nor play ground for our Higher Secondary located in Tehsil Zachaldara Distt Kupwara jandk.
We pray for your healthy life ahead
It will be interesting to see who went to the Supreme Court for statehood. “ Tom, Dick, Harry” type of direct access into matters of such constitutional importance as statehood is V V dangerous.
Who is presenting our case. Who is the lawyer. Is he competent and honest in representing us.
And how will the Supreme Court intervene and take a decision on such an important matter without seeking the opinion of the elected government or the assembly.
Two people get up hire a lawyer approach the Supreme Court to adjudicate on a matter which pertains to our destiny.
It seems the option of staying away from courts as a matter of strategy is not available to the people of Kashmir. Petitioners it seems will be invented.
And to our CM sahib. You have dealt with BJP in the past. I too have dealt with them. One unsolicited advice.
When talking to them what matters is not what they tell you. What matters is what they DONT tell you.
One more advice. Get off your high horse. Stop persecuting opposition. Stop punitive transfers. Restrain your ministers from you know what I mean. And make a common front for statehood. First
And the institution for that is the Assembly not the cabinet. You could have sent that resolution to the Supreme court today if you had allowed us to pass that resolution.
Trust me. A very sincere advice. Call an emergency session in the next two days and let us pass a resolution.
On Martyrs’ Day, Sajad Gani Lone Sahab has been placed under house arrest — denied the basic right to offer tributes to our martyrs.
Silencing voices of remembrance won’t erase history. It only deepens the wound.
For all those who voted for NC——just observe the arrogance. Reeks of self righteousness and utter contempt and disdain for views that are contrary.
Seems he will eat up KNS editor Aslam sahib.
I thought we were UT. Forget 370. Forget Internal autonomy.
We now have an Emperor.
Who is answerable to none.
Phone calls from many villages. They have received electricity bills inflated by 50%.
Please can the ruling party come clean on this electricity mess.
Even I am confused
Did they promise to increase the electricity tariff or decrease it.
OR
Will they resort to the age old trickery, of increasing it and then waiving off part of it and taking the credit for waiver.
The example we low will
Illustrate how.
Say a household is paying 100 Rs as electricity fees.
What is the promise??
Reduce it by 50% and make it 50.
OR
Do they plan to increase it gradually from 100 to 150 and then to 200.
And then give a waiver of 50. So effectively the consumer will pay 150.
The harried consumer will be happy that 50 has been waived off. When in reality he will be paying 50 more than what he was paying at the time when election results were announced.
Trust me I will not be surprised.
Meanwhile can the PDD department please stop arbitrary increase in the electricity tariffs
My heartfelt condolences to Master Haji Khazir Mohammad Bhat on the sad demise of his wife, who was also the sister of Farooq Ahmad Khan Ahgam.
May Allah grant her the highest place in Jannah and provide strength to the bereaved family during this difficult time.
